ARAC is thrilled to attend the 2025 Virginia Coordinated Clinical Research Network Summit, hosted by the Virginia Hospital & Healthcare Association (VHHA)! Amanda Cox, Clinical Research Nurse, aims to forge powerful partnerships with clinical researchers, healthcare institutions, and life science industry leaders.
At ARAC, we focus on helping the 28.3 million people who smoke in the United States and 1.1 billion global smokers to STOP smoking combustible cigarettes. As the MOST preventable disease in the world, we aim to transition to reduced harm nicotine products, for those who can’t quit or can’t find Nicotine Replacement Therapy alternatives that work for them. Our motto is keep going - “one smoker at a time.”
Our Social and Behavioral Sciences Research Institute has a team of Psychologists, Behavioral Scientists, Survey Methodologists, Statisticians, and nursing healthcare professionals. We strive to design, execute, and deliver the most robust and reliable results to manufacturers, healthcare institutes and organizations, regulatory authorities, and to the public. We focus on reducing disparities in target populations who may have received misinformation or who haven’t been the target for receiving accurate, truthful information related to their health, and who are not exposed to medicines, treatments, or alternative products that could benefit their individual health; thereby, reducing the overall U.S. population health.
Our expertise includes:
• Randomized Controlled Trials
• In Depth Interviews (IDIs)
• Focus Groups
• Scientific Publication
• Qualitative & Quantitative Research
• Descriptive & Inferential Statistics
Amanda looks forward to seeing you all in Richmond TODAY!
