𝗗𝗿. 𝗝𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗲 𝗩𝗮𝗻 – 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁

Julie is a researcher and scientist with a PhD in psychology and over a decade of interdisciplinary expertise spanning neuroscience, human behavior, and translational research.

At ARAC, Julie will lead the design and execution of behavioral science research to uncover insights into human behavior and translate them into evidence-based strategies for meaningful change. She will provide intellectual guidance to a team of Ph.D.-level scientists, mentor junior colleagues, and collaborate across disciplines to apply behavioral science principles to client-based studies, grant projects, and to internal organizational initiatives. Julie will analyze complex data-sets, communicate actionable insights, and ensure that ARAC stays at the forefront of innovative behavioral research.

𝗗𝗿. 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗪𝘆𝗺𝗮𝗻 – 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗻

Frank brings over a decade of applied statistics experience in health outcomes research and regulatory science. He will serve as the lead statistician, indirectly mentoring other Ph.D.-level statistical analysts on ARAC’s team. Frank brings a strong background in applied statistics and health outcomes research. His true passion is delving into the data — exploring innovative ways to analyze and interpret findings to address complex research questions and deliver meaningful insights.

Frank will play a key role in analyzing complex datasets, designing experiments, and developing models that uncover meaningful insights into human behavior. This role applies advanced statistical techniques to support evidence-based decision-making across ARAC projects. In addition to ensuring data integrity and compliance, Frank will create clear visualizations and reports for diverse audiences, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and provide guidance on statistical best practices.

𝗠𝗮𝘅𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗼𝘅, 𝗔𝗕𝗗 – 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿

Maxwell specializes in survey methodology and data analysis, supporting ARAC’s commitment to designing rigorous and person-centered research. Working closely with ARAC’s lead Survey Methodologist, this role develops and programs complex survey instruments, manages data collection, and ensures accuracy and reliability. Responsibilities include analyzing survey results, preparing clear reports and visualizations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align survey methods with project objectives. By applying best practices in survey design and behavioral science, Maxwell will advance ARAC’s ability to understand behavioral patterns and support evidence-based strategies.

Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Julie, Frank, and Maxwell!
