ARAC has experienced tremendous growth in various facets of our operations these past 6-months, and we're thrilled to share some significant updates with you! As we continue to grow and evolve, we remain dedicated to delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations.

With Dr. Jessica Zdinak's leadership and the collective expertise of our esteemed scientists, we are well-equipped to tackle complex challenges, execute projects efficiently, and provide unparalleled support to our valued clients.



🌟 OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE:

We’re pleased to share pivotal change in our leadership team! Craig Croce has taken over the business operations, previously handled by David DeJean. With his innovative and strategic vision, Craig is well-positioned to lead our operational endeavors and drive our company's growth trajectory forward. His dedication, positive spirit, and proven track record make him an invaluable addition to our leadership team.


🌟 NEW TALENT:

We're delighted to welcome THREE Behavioral Scientists to our team, bolstering our resources to support our Chief Research Officer, Dr. Jessica Zdinak, further strengthening our capabilities in research and analysis.


Lauren C. Smith, MS - Officially joining ARAC in June 2024 as Lead Behavioral Scientist. Lauren Smith is a seasoned research scientist with a decade of expertise in human behavioral research, including significant contributions to regulatory filings during her tenure at Juul. She has background in smoking cessation interventions, habit formation, and harm reduction.


Dr. Ian Jones – Ian has a Ph.D. in experimental psychology with a concentration in social and cognitive psychology and a   quantitative certificate. Ian was awarded the 2022 Experimental Programs Research and Scholarly Activity award. He has received several awards for posters at conference presentations, has authored/co-authored roughly 12 articles during his time at OSU, with several more under review currently and being prepared for submission.


• Dr. Kiri Stauch - Kiri has a Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology with a concentration in Comparative-Neurobiology Psychology along with a Quantitative Concentration and Graduate Certificate in Neuroscience. She also earned a Master of Science in Psychology from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Science in Primate Behavior and Ecology from Central Washington University. Her Bachelor of Arts is in Anthropology and Psychology from Illinois Wesleyan University.


🌟 NEW LEADERSHIP FOCUS:

Dr. Zdinak will still remain Chief Research Officer but is shifting from the primary role overseeing most of ARAC’s studies to a more prominent executive scientific and client leadership position. Zdinak will now concentrate on TWO main areas:

  • Supervising a team of seasoned scientists responsible for executing, managing, and delivering client-focused research

  • Driving ongoing business expansion in both the U.S. FDA regulated sectors and international markets

🌟 ENHANCED EXPERTISE:

Our Medical Monitoring Team has been tirelessly dedicated traveling across the country to advance ARAC’s standardization​ and facility training with on-site product training, proper​ sample distribution, adverse event reporting, and clinical assessments. Their commitment has been instrumental in elevating our standards and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services.


🌟 INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION:

Cross-cultural expertise tailored to the unique needs of clients operating across various countries, societies, and contexts. Global network partnerships formed enable ARAC to access on-the-ground resources, local knowledge, and cultural insights necessary for conducting high-quality research in international settings.
